900Mbs FTTP Service in Caerleon My service has been live now for just over a week and wanted to drop you a line with some feedback. The team that turned up at the house to do the install did an excellent job, nothing was too much trouble, and checked with me throughout the install to make sure I was happy. Very careful and respectful of my property. Given my unusual requirements of installing into the attic and the SFP presentation, it didn’t faze them and they handled it with no problem. I know for certain I wouldn’t have got this install or level of service from my previous provider and wouldn’t have been offered the custom solution which they have provided around the presentation. I had a small technical problem after the install. I reached out to Alex and he quickly helped me resolve the issue which turned out to be an MTU setting on my kit. Once again great service and working with me to help resolve the issue. Very impressed and really happy I made the switch to Country Connect for my internet provider. The FTTP solution they are offering in Caerleon is the way to go if you need high-speed internet. All other providers use the old cooper phoneline but country connect has installed new a new fiber line/network that is completely separate. Thank you for investing in Caerleon and deploying a new fiber network.

Brilliant from start to finish What can I say? Brilliant from start to finish. I found out about Country Connect when living at our previous property, and after a bad experience with BT Openreach, they were the first people I phoned when we bought our new house. There was a slight delay on our house purchase but Alex and Naomi in the office were very accommodating and were ready to start the engineering process the day we house purchase completion. The engineer, George, came around to assess "Phase 1" and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the process and started the outside engineering work. To my surprise, I had a phone call later that afternoon to say they could fit me to carry out "Phase 2" the next day. George came back the next day and completed the installation. He was very meticulous when carrying out the work, he ensured I was happy with where the fibre cable would be run and was very neat and tidy when he finished. I now have fibre in my house with 100mb upload and download speed, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Alex, Naomi, George and the rest of the team at Country Connect. I can't recommend you highly enough.

Great Service, Great People & Great Internet. I first found Country Connect via there Facebook page and as soon as they were in my area I got in touch with them. I have been suffering very bad internet (not Plusnet's fault, just thats as good as it gets on Wentwood Road no matter who you ISP is as they all use the Openreach backbone and therefore suffer badly with contention issues. I had a few requests with the installation of the fibre as I wanted to move the fibre entry point to another part of the house and Country Connect were very accommodating, installation couldn't have gone smoother, I received a call the day before saying that the installation engineer would call me in the morning before his arrival, he called around 8:30am and arrived shortly thereafter. Installation was quick and they even assisted with the setting up of my own router. Constant speeds of 300 / 300. Thanks to all of the Country Connect team for all of your support during transition form FTC to FTP.

Wow - Fantastic Sky recently cancelled my broadband 2 weeks before they were supposed to leaving me without broadband. I need wifi to work from home and my Country Connect installation date was not due for another 2 weeks. In a state of total panic I spoke to Country Connect and they brought my date forward and came the following day. The installation was challenging and I had a team here from 9am to 6.30pm but they promised I would be up and running before they left which I was. I have had a few slight technical issues but these have been sorted out within an hour. Excellent customer service. I have opted for the cheapest fibre broadband package for now to see if that is suitable and so far it is far quicker than the Superfast Sky package I had for the same price I was paying. Would highly recommend for quality and service. The area I live in is really bad for signal but I have no complaints so far. Brilliant - Thank you guys!

Thank you Country Connect We live in a rural area within Nottinghamshire and had been advised by the 'major' internet providers they were unable to provide adequate internet/wifi coverage in this area. Not a problem for Country Connect, for almost a year now we have enjoyed perfect internet access. Many thanks to the great team at Country Connect!!
