Whole Home WiFi

Dead zones can occur in larger homes where areas are far from the router or in homes with obstacles such as metal-framed walls or metal-and-glass doors that obstruct the wireless connection. A whole home Wi-Fi solution will make black spots a thing of the past.

Our new managed Wi-Fi solution includes

  • Eliminate wi-fi black spots
  • Up to 8K media-streaming on multiple devices
  • Eliminate wi-fi call drop
  • Unlimited support desk tickets
  • On-site configuration and service calls

90% of connectivity issues - solved!

In 2022, more than 90% of Country Connect support tickets were related to wi-fi issues. As most of us add increasing numbers of new wi-fi devices to our wireless networks, we are also creating congestion and performance issues. Your fibre connection to your property runs with industry leading performance standards, however if your internal network is incorrectly configured or if multiple wireless devices are firing unsynchronised signals around your home, then you may not be experiencing the full power of fibre connectivity.

How it works

Mesh WiFi works by using two or more devices or “nodes” to create a secure and strong wifi network. These nodes efficiently delivering the wireless internet, as each node serves as a “daisy chain” for other nodes in the system. Even nodes that are furthest from the main router can still deliver a strong signal.

Packages

We offer whole-home wifi for £7 p/mth, with up to 5 mesh nodes for coverage within the home.

Installation

We come and install the mesh system for you. Installation is carried out by the field team, who will find the optimum location for coverage.

Support

We provide installation and full technical support via webchat, phone or email.
