Booking a callout is £65, but it will be fully credited to your account if we find a fault.

Experiencing broadband issues can be frustrating, but we’re here to help. It’s helpful to think of broadband in a similar way as you do your electricity provider. The provider is responsible for delivering it to your property, but inside, it’s your responsibility.

In over 92% of residential service call-outs, no fault is found in our network. Issues often stem from WiFi interference or network issues caused by customer devices. To help uncover and assist with local residential network issues, we offer a call-out service for £65 to help you identify faults and make service improvements.

The service fee is fully refundable should an engineer find a fault with the Country Connect connection to your property.


Booking a Call-Out

Before booking, please confirm the following:

  • I understand that I will only be charged if the network engineers are unable to find a fault in my connection.
  • I understand that if new or replacement equipment is installed by the engineer, it will be billable. I will be asked to confirm before any work is carried out.
  • I understand that the engineer will document the network configuration before leaving. The service will be guaranteed for 30 days following the configuration unless the system has been altered (which includes adding any new network devices).
